Will I get to see my design before production?
Yes, absolutely!
Once you have placed your order, we will create your first proof for approval and email directly to you within 48 hours.
If you have not received your proof within 48 hours please contact hello@acriluxe.com
If need be, you will have up to 2 revisions to complete the design.
Any further revisions will incur an additional fee.
When can I expect my order?
We strive to have orders complete within a 2 week period.
Should you require your order sooner, please make note and notify us as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
Do you provide local pick up?
Yes! Pick Ups are scheduled in advance, please notify us with multiple times and dates you are able to pick and we will accommodate.
Do you ship your products?
Yes! Shipping is available for all items on our website. Please select that option at check out and provide accurate information.
